Dequeue is designed with privacy in mind. We collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide and improve the service.

Data We Collect

• Account data: Email address and authentication credentials when you create an account.
• Task data: Stacks, tasks, events, and related content you create within the app. This data is stored locally on your device and synced to our servers when you enable cloud sync.
• Device data: Device identifiers for sync purposes. We do not collect device analytics or usage telemetry.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the Dequeue service: storing your tasks, syncing across devices, and delivering reminders. We do not sell your data. We do not serve ads.

Data Storage

Dequeue is offline-first. All your data is stored locally on your device. If you enable cloud sync, your event stream is encrypted in transit and stored on secure servers.

Your Rights

You can export or delete all your data at any time from within the app. If you delete your account, all server-side data is permanently removed within 30 days.
